Testing for the Most Common Thrombotic Mutations:
Factor II Prothrombin and Factor V Leiden
The Factor V Leiden mutation and Factor II prothrombin polymorphism are the most prevalent genetic mutations linked to inherited thrombophilia (1). In honor of World Thrombosis Day and as a part of our efforts toward continuous improvement, the GeneProof Factor II Prothrombin PCR Kit and GeneProof Factor V Leiden PCR Kit are re-launched with enhanced fluorescence levels, achieved through advancements in the manufacturing and quality control processes. These improvements are designed to provide simpler and more accurate genotyping resulting in greater confidence in your testing results.
To evaluate the performance of GeneProof assays in a routine clinical setting, we have performed comparative analysis against several competitors.
